I am an English Consultant/Negotiator for the estate agent 'Maison Bleue' who have over 15 years experience and a wealth of local knowledge. My role is to assist the agency's British clients who wish to take advantage of the buoyant French property market and purchase a home or 'maison secondaire' in France.

I work in the La Manche area of Southern Normandy dealing with a vast range of properties from our 6 offices located in Avranches, Villedieu les Poeles, Le Haye Pesnel, Sartilly, Brehal and Pontorson on the Brittany border.

There is access from all the main sea ports: St Malo, Cherbourg, Caen, Dieppe and Le Havre. The airports of Paris, Caen-Carpiquet and Dinard are all within accessible driving distance. More and more people are buying and commuting these days.
